| dc.description.abstract | في ضوء الاختصاص الجديد الذي منحه المؤسس الدستوري الجزائري للمحكمة الدستورية في التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020 لحل النزاعات التي قد تقع بين السلطات الدستورية، خلص هذا البحث إلى أن التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020 تضمن قفزة نوعية نحو استكمال بناء دولة الحق والقانون ودورها في تحقيق التوازن بين السلطات الدستورية.In light of the new jurisdiction granted by the Algerian constitutional founder to the Constitutional Court in the 2020 constitutional amendment to resolve disputes that may arise between constitutional authorities, this research concludes that the 2020 constitutional amendment included a qualitative leap towards completing the construction of a state of law and justice and its role in achieving a balance between constitutional authorities. | |
