Abstract
ملخص
تهدف الدراسة الى إعطاء تقديم عام للصيرفة الإسلامية، وكيفية التحول من الصيرفة التقليدية الى الصيرفة الإسلامية، وكذا عرض كيفية تطبيقها في الجزائر بحيث اقتصرت الدراسة على بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية، حيث أخذ ظهور المؤسسات المالية التي تعمل وفقا لأحكام الشريعة الإسلامية عدّة أشكال مختلفة للتحول الى الصيرفة الإسلامية، غير أن هذه الصيرفة تواجهها العديد من العوائق والتحديات التي تحدّ من تطورها. بالإضافة الى أهمّ شروط ومتطلبات نجاح التحول الى الصيرفة الإسلامية في الجزائر.
وقد توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى أن تجربة بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية في التحول نحول المصرفية الإسلامية وتوفير منتجات مالية تتوافق وأحكام الشريعة الإسلامية تعتبر تجربة فتية تحتاج إلى مزيد من الدعم لتلقى النجاح المطلوب وتحقق الدور المنشود منها.
Summary
This study aims to provide a general overview of Islamic banking and explain the process of transitioning from conventional banking to Islamic banking. It also explores how Islamic banking can be implemented in Algeria, focusing specifically on the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (BADR).
The emergence of financial institutions that operate according to Islamic law has taken different forms in their efforts to adopt Islamic banking. However, this sector still faces many challenges and obstacles that limit its development. The study also discusses the main conditions and requirements needed for a successful transition to Islamic banking in Algeria.
Through this study, we have concluded that the experience of the Agriculture and Rural Development Bank in transitioning towards Islamic banking and offering financial products that comply with the principles of Islamic Sharia is still in its early stages. It requires further support to achieve the desired success and fulfill its intended role.
