| dc.description.abstract | أصبح الاعتماد على الطّرق التّكنولوجية في معالجة المعطيات ذات الطّابع الشّخصي ضرورة أملتها الظروف الحديثة للتطور التقني، و هو ما يفرض بالمقابل الحرص على تفعيل الرّقابة على هذه التقنية بغرض حماية الخصوصية لكل من يتعامل في هذا المجال، فكانت الحماية الجزائية إحدى الوسائل الفعالة في الحفاظ على هذه المكاسب، من خلال رصد عقوبات تبنّاها المشرع الجزائري عبر المنظومة التشريعية، والاعتماد على هيئآت جرى استحداثها لهذا الغرض، وهو ما يستدعي ضرورة تحيين بعض النّصوص استجابة للتطور المستمر في هذا الشأن. Reliance on technological methods in processing personal data has become a necessity dictated by modern conditions of technical development, And it is what imposes in return the keenness to activate censorship on this technology in order to protect the privacy of everyone who deals in this field, Punitive protection was one of the effective means in preserving these gains, by monitoring sanctions adopted by the Algerian legislator through the legislative system, and relying on bodies that were created for this purpose, which calls for the need to update some texts in response to the continuous development in this regard. | |
