Abstract
This study aimed to reveal the extent of the impact of the Corona virus on human resource management in organizations, specifically in the multi-service clinic “Ben nadji Rebaai” Elhamma, It also aimed to know the extent to which human resources management and its five dimensions are affected by the Corona virus(Human resource planning, recruitment and appointment, training and development of employees, compensation, performance evaluation). The study was conducted using a questionnaire, which was distributed to a simple random sample consisting of 48 employees in the multi-service clinic ,Each sample answered the questionnaire submitted to it, then the data were processed and hypotheses were tested by the Statistical Package for Social Sciences, version 22. The results of the study showed that the outbreak of the Corona virus affected human resources management, and that the level of application of its dimensions in this clinic was low, and this study was concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: Digitizing human resources management in all sectors in anticipation of any crisis. Programming training sessions to qualify employees to use the technological techniques imposed by crises. Transition from traditional to technological mode to facilitate human resource management functions. Activating the means of communication between management and employees. Adopting flexible strategies that adapt to crises. Activating a good performance appraisal system in order to diagnose events, discover weaknesses in time and find appropriate solutions to them.
