| dc.description.abstract | هدفنا من هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على تأثير حق الفيتو ( الاعتراض ) على عمل المحكمة الجنائية الدولية وعلى دورها في الإفلات من العقاب باعتبارها جهاز قضائي دولي مختص في متابعة مرتكبي الجرائم الدولية والأشد خطورة المنصوص عليا في نظام روما الأساسي، في اطار ما يتمتع به مجلس الأمن من سلطات ممنوحة له بموجب الفصل السابع من ميثاق الأمم المتحدة وكذا نظام روما الاساسي ، في ظل الأوضاع الدولية الراهنة خاصة ما تمر به كل من السودان وليبيا وسوريا وفلسطين . The aim of this study is to shed light on the impact of the veto (objection) on the work of the International Criminal Court and its role in impunity as an international judicial body specialized in pursuing the perpetrators of the most serious international crimes stipulated in the Rome Statute, within the framework of what the Security Council enjoys Of the powers granted to him under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations as well as the Rome Statute, in light of the current international situations, especially what Sudan, Libya, Syria and Palestine are going through. الكلمات المفتاحية | |
