| dc.description.abstract | ملخص: تؤدي الجامعة دورا رياديا في إنتاج المعرفة من خلال إعداد الموارد البشرية المؤهلة لتحقيق التنمية الشاملة في المجتمع.حيث يرتبط تحقيق الأمن المجتمعي بإمداد المجتمع برأس المال البشري الكفء القادر على مواجهة التحديات التي فرضتها التغيرات المعاصرة. وعليه تهدف الدراسة الراهنة إلى الوقوف على دور الجامعة في تنمية رأس المال البشري من خلال غرس القيم والاتجاهات الإيجابية التي تحقق للفرد الشعور بالأمان والاستقرار فيصبح بذلك فردا فاعلا في تعزيز الأمن المجتمعي. وقد تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والتوصل من خلال النتائج إلى أنه كلما تمكنت الجامعات من إعداد الأفراد بصورة إيجابية كلما تحقق لديهم الأمن الفكري وكلما انعكس ذلك على تعزيز الأمن المجتمعي. Abstract: The university plays a leading role in the production of knowledge by preparing qualified human resources for the overall development of society. Social security is linked to providing society with efficient human capital capable of meeting challenges imposed by contemporary changes. Accordingly, the present study aims to pronounce on the role of the university in the development of human capital by inculcating values and positive trends that achieve the sense of security and stability of the individual, thus becoming an individual active in improving the safety of the community. The descriptive and analytical approach was adopted and it was concluded through the results that the more universities were able to prepare individuals in a positive way, the more they achieved intellectual security and the more this translated into the strengthening of societal security. | |
