| dc.description.abstract | الملخص : تؤدي الجامعة دورا رياديا في إعداد القوى البشرية المؤهلة للعمل في القطاعات المختلفة من خلال تزويدها بالمعارف والمهارات اللازمة بما يمكنها من التعايش مع العصر التقني فضلا عن تدعيمها بوسائل متطورة لمواكبة التقدم السريع والمتطور. ويتطلب التغيير التكنولوجي زيادة المهندسين التكنولوجيين والإطارات الكفأة. كما يشترط تطوير أساليب التدريب والتعليم من أجل تحديث وتعميق المهارات والمعارف والقدرات العلمية ورفع مستوى الموارد البشرية، وتوفير التجهيزات الحديثة والمتطورة المساعدة على تحقيق التنمية والتقدم المنشود. وعليه يهدف هذا المقال إلى التعرف على طبيعة الدور الذي تؤديه الجامعة في تنمية وتأهيل الإطارات اللازمة لمواجهة التغيير التكنولوجي من خلال الاهتمام بتطوير مناهج التعليم العالي من جهة، وربط الجامعة بمحيطها الاقتصادي والصناعي من جهة ثانية. ناهيك عن العمل لتوجيه البحث العلمي والتطوير التكنولوجي لخدمة التنمية الشاملة ومواكبة التغيرات التكنولوجية. Abstract: The university plays a leading role in the preparation of qualified human power to work in different sectors by providing it with the necessary knowledge and skills to enable it to coexist with the technical era and strengthen it with sophisticated means to keep up with the rapid progress of modern technologies and innovations. Technological change requires increased technological engineers and qualified frameworks . It also requires the development of training and teaching methods in order to modernize and deepen the skills, knowledge and scientific abilities , raising the level of human resources and providing modern and advanced equipments that help to achieve the desired development and progress. The aim of this article is to identify the nature of the role played by the university in developing and the habilitation of the necessary frameworks to face the technological change through interest in curriculum developing higher education on the one hand, and linking the university with it's economic and industrial environment on the other. As well as work to guide scientific research and technological development to serve the comprehensive development and keep up with the technological changes.
