dc.description.abstractملخص الدراسة: يعتبر التمكين التنظيمي والولاء التنظيمي من أهم المواضيع التي تستدعي البحث والتقصي من حيث الجانب النظري والميداني ، وعلى هذا الأساس جاءت هذه الدراسة بهدف الكشف عن التمكين التنظيمي ودوره في تحقيق الولاء التنظيمي بالمؤسسة العمومية الإستشفائية أحمد بن بلة خنشلة حيث تتمحور إشكالية الدراسة الراهنة في مجموعة من التساؤلات وللإجابة عنها واختبار الفرضيات تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي وطبقنا الدراسة بالمقابلة الحرة واستمارة الإستبيان و اعتمدنا على عينة غير احتمالية حصصية وتوصلت الدراسة الراهنة إلى أن التمكين التنظيمي بأبعاده المشاركة في إتخاذ القرارات والعمل الجماعي له دور في تحقيق الولاء التنظيمي بأبعاده الولاء المستمر والولاء الأخلاقي) بالمؤسسة العمومية الإستشفائية. Study Summary: Organizational empowerment and organizational loyalty are among the most important topics that warrant research and investigation from both theoretical and practical perspectives. Based on this, this study aims to explore organizational empowerment and its role in achieving organizational loyalty at the Ahmed Ben Bella Public Hospital in Khenchela. The problem of the current study revolves around a set of questions. To answer these questions and test the hypotheses, we relied on the descriptive approach. We applied the study through free interviews and a questionnaire. We relied on a non-probability sample. The current study concluded that organizational empowerment, in its dimensions (participation in decision-making and teamwork), plays a role in achieving organizational loyalty, in its dimensions (continuous loyalty and moral loyalty) at the public hospital.
