Abstract
شهد المجتمع الدولي خلال القرن الماضي عدة تحولات أثرت عليه، وتنوعت هذه التحولات بين اجتماعية واقتصادية وسياسية. إلا أن أهم ما عرفه خلال هذه المرحلة هو ظهور ظاهرة الإرهاب التي لا يمكن أن يقتصر ظهورها على مجال معين. ولما أصبحت هذه الظاهرة تثير قلق المجتمع الدولي، زاد قلق المجتمع الدولي مع تطور هذه الظاهرة التي لا تعترف بحدود مكانية ولا زمانية، فسعى المجتمع الدولي إلى احتواء هذه الظاهرة، فكانت ميلاد اتفاقية عصبة الأمم لعام 1937 المتعلقة بمنع الإرهاب والمعاقبة عليه، والتي تعتبر حجر الزاوية في مكافحة ظاهرة الإرهاب اعتباراً من عام 1963. وحوالي ستة عشر صكاً قانونياً دولياً يتعلق بمنع الإرهاب ومعاقبته القوانين التي اعتمدتها الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة، تضاف أي مجموعة من القرارات السنوية بشأن التدابير الرامية إلى مكافحة الإرهاب، وبما أن الجزائر جزء من أما المجتمع الدولي، فلم يكن بعيدا عن هذه الظاهرة، وما عرفه خلال أواخر القرن الماضي من أعمال إرهابية دفعه إلى تحديث منظومته القانونية في مجال مكافحة الإرهاب. وكانت النتيجة بوادر ظهور الإرهاب في الجزائر من الإلغاء الانتخابات التشريعية التي شارك فيها الحزب المحظور، جبهة الركام الإسلامية، والمشبعة بالنزعات الدينية، أين عملت الأخيرة باستغلال الدين لتأجيج المجتمع الجزائري، فرفع السلاح ضد السلطة من قبل الرافضين للإلغاء الانتخابات التشريعية أدخلت البلاد في دوامة دموية، هذا العمل الإرهابي كان في بدايته غير ممنهج، وكان هدفه استعادة الحق الذي سلب منه، مع وتطور الوضع، ظهرت في ذلك الوقت عدة تنظيمات متطرفة، مثل الحركة الإسلامية المسلحة، وهي النواة الإرهابية التي انقسمت إلى جيش الإنقاذ الإسلامي، والجماعة الإسلامية المسلحة، ومن خلال هذه الورقة، سوف دراسة التنظيمات المتطرفة واستخدامها للجانب الديني في الأعمال الإرهابية، مما يطرح الإشكالية التالية: كيف استغلت التنظيمات المتطرفة في الجزائر الدين لتأجيج الإرهاب. During the last century, the international community has known several transformations that took its toll on it, and these transformations differed between social, economic and political. However, the most important thing he knew during this stage is the emergence of the phenomenon of terrorism, whose appearance cannot be restricted to a specific field. As this phenomenon has become a concern that worries the international community, The concern of the international community increased with the development of this phenomenon, which does not recognize either spatial or temporal boundaries, so the international community sought to contain this phenomenon, So was the birth of the 1937 agreement of the League of Nations relating to the prevention and punishment of terrorism, which is considered the cornerstone in the fight against the phenomenon of terrorism, starting from 1963. Approximately sixteen international legal instruments related to the prevention and punishment of terrorist acts have been adopted by the United Nations General Assembly, Add any set of annual decisions on measures aimed at combating terrorism, and since Algeria is part of the international community, it was not far from this phenomenon, and what it knew during the late last century of terrorist acts led it to update its legal system in the field of combating terrorism.The signs of the emergence of terrorism in Algeria were the result of the cancellation of the legislative elections, in which the outlawed party, the Islamic Front of Rubble, which was saturated with religious impulses, Where did the latter work by exploiting religion to inflame Algerian society, so the raising of arms against the authority by those who refused to cancel the legislative elections plunged the country into a bloody spiral, This terrorist act was at its beginning, not systematic, and its aim was to regain the right that was taken from it, With the development of the situation, several extremist organizations appeared at that time, such as the Armed Islamic Movement, which is the terrorist nucleus that split into the Islamic Salvation Army (AIS) and the Armed Islamic Group (GIA), Through this paper, we will examine extremist organizations and their use of the religious side in terrorist acts, thus raising the following problem: How did extremist organizations in Algeria exploit religion to fuel terrorism.
