Abstract
الملخص:
تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معالجة موضوع التسيير العمومي الحديث في اصلاح الادارة العمومية من خلال توضيح المفاهيم النظرية المتعلقة بمتغيرات الدراسة كالتسيير العمومي الحديث، الادارة العمومية، الاصلاح الاداري.
وبعد استعراضنا للجانب النظري ومن اجل تعزيز الجانب النظري قمنا بدراسة تطبيقية على مستوى مديرية توزيع ونقل الكهرباء والغاز _ وكالة خنشلة _ التي تعتبر من بين المؤسسات الاقتصادية لإظهار واقع التسيير العمومي الحديث وتأثيره على اصلاح الادارة العمومية.
Abstract:
This study aims to address the topic of modern public management in the reform of public administration by clarifying the theoretical concepts related to the study’s variables, such as modern public management, public administration, and administrative reform.
After reviewing the theoretical framework and in order to support it, we conducted an applied study at the Directorate of Electricity and Gas Distribution and Transmission – Khenchela Agency – which is one of the economic institutions, to illustrate the reality of modern public management and its impact on the reform of public administration.
