| dc.description.abstract | يهدف هذا البحث إلى قياس أثر التمويل الإيجاري على الأداء المالي لمؤسسة الخليج للتدريب والتعليم السعودية للفترة 2006-2021، استخدم البحث نموذج الانحدار الخطي البسيط لقياس أثر قيمة عقود الايجار على مؤشرات الأداء المالي: معدل العائد على الأصول، معدل العائد على حقوق الملكية، معدل العائد على المبيعات. خلص البحث إلى أن لقيمة عقود الإيجار، أثر عكسي على كل مؤشرات الأداء المالي للمؤسسة محل البحث. Abstract: The study aims to measure the impact of leasing finance on the financial performance of Al Khaleej Training and Education Company – Saudi Arabia for the period 2006-2021, the study used simple linear regression model to measure the impact of the value of the lease contracts on the financial performance indicators: economic profitability, financial profitability, business profitability. The study concluded that the value of the lease contracts has a negative impact on all the indicators of financial performance of the study. | |
