| dc.description.abstract | الملخص : لقد تعددت أوجه الإبادة الجماعية التي ارتكبتها فرنسا في حق الشعب الجزائري، غير أنها لم تقتصر على الأساليب التقليدية فقط، وإنما تطورت وبلغت حد استعمال التكنولوجيا المتقدمة لبلوغ غايتها، مثال ذلك تجاربها النووية بالصحراء الجزائرية (1960- 1966م)، حيث أنشأت أولى مراكزها النووية بمنطقة الحمودية برقان (أدرار)، مستخدمة الآلاف من أسرى المنطقة التابعين لجبهة التحرير الوطني، بالإضافة إلى مجموعة أخرى من المدنيين كفئران تجارب لتفجيراتها النووية. وعليه سنتناول في مقالنا هذا، طبيعة هذه التجارب النووية ومدى تأثيرها وانعكاساتها على الإنسان والبيئة، بوصفها جريمة في حق الإنسانية، تقتضي منا التعريف بها وتكييفها قانونيا ضمن اتفاقية جنيف ومختلف المعاهدات والمواثيق الدولية الأخرى. Abstract : genocide committed by French against the Algerian people is numerous, but it did not use a the traditional ways but also it developed and used the technology to achieve its goals, like its nuclear experiments in the Algerian desert in 1960-1966, that it created its first nuclear centre in Hamouda, Regan by used the prisoners from the National Liberation Front and the civilians , as a mices . So, our article talk about its nature, its impact and its reflection on the human and the environment .As a crime against the humanity it requires us to define it and adapt it legally within Geneva convention and other international treaties. | |
