| dc.description.abstract | أكدت العديد من الدراسات أهمية البعد الاقتصادي في التنمية المستدامة للدول ، إلى أن اضحى ينظر الى الأمن الوطني في الدول المعاصرة على ما تتمتع به من مكانة اقتصادية اقليميا ودوليا ، فكل إضرار بالاقتصاد الوطني يؤدي بالضرورة إلى مخاطر امنية ، ونتائج سلبية على مختلف الجوانب سياسية واجتماعية. ومما لا شك فيه ان سمة الفساد بكل أنواعه ، يعتبر اكثر العوامل الهادمة للبنية الاقتصادية ، والتي تُختفي ورائها تداعي البنية الاجتماعية والسياسية داخل الدولة. يفترض البحث أن هناك علاقة بين الفساد المالي والإداري ، وارتباطهما بالأزمات الاقتصادية التي تتخبط فيها بعض الدول وخاصة دول العالم الثالث ، مما ينتج عنها اهدارا للمال العام وانتهاكا لحقوق الافراد ، تحقيقا لمكاسب شخصية بطرق غير مشروعة. تدور اشكالية المقال حول : إلى أي مدي تعتبر سياسة المشرع الجزائري ناجعة في تجريم ومكافحة جرائم الفساد المالي في المجال الاقتصادي ؟ الكلمات المفتاحية : الفساد ، المالي ، الاقتصادي Several studies have emphasized on the importance of the economic dimension in States sustainable development , thus, national security in contemporary countries means the regional and international economic status, because any damage to the national economy necessarily leads to security risks, And negative results on various political and social aspects. There is no doubt that the trait of all the corruption kinds is the most damaging factors of the economic structure, which disappear the deterioration of social and political structure within states. The research assumes that there is a link between financial and administrative corruption, and their association with the economic crises affecting some countries, especially third world countries, as a result we find two things; public money waste and the infringement of individual rights ,in order to achieve personal gains in illegal ways. Therefore the problematic article spin around : To what extent is the effectiveness of the Algerian legislator policy in criminalizing and combating financial corruption crimes in the economic field ?
