| dc.description.abstract | ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الأدوار الخارجية التي تعيق عملية إعادة بناء الدولة في ليبيا، من حيث أصبحت ليبيا منطقة تشهد حربا بالوكالة في إطار صراع المصالح بين مختلف القوى، و هذا ما سيؤدي حتما إلى إطالة عمر الأزمة بالنظر للمعطيات التي تفرزها البيئة السياسية و الأمنية هناك. Abstract : This study aims to shed light on the external roles that hinder the process of rebuilding the state in Libya, as Libya has become a region witnessing a proxy war in the context of a conflict of interests between various forces, and this will inevitably lead to prolonging the life of the crisis in view of the data generated by the political environment and security there. | |
