| dc.description.abstract | شهدت دول العالم موجات من اللجوء بسبب الن ا زعات المسلحة الداخلية والدولية، والكوارث الطبيعية، وتعرض الأف ا رد لمختلف أشكال الاضطهاد والانتهاكات الخطيرة لحقوقهم الأساسية. نتيجة لعدم توفر الاستق ا رر في بلدانهم وتعرضهم للاضطهاد، يجد معظمهم نفسه مضط ا ر إلى اللجوء والف ا رر، حر صا على حياتهم ومستقبلهم، ويتجهون إلى دول أخرى بحث ا عن الأمان والسلام. موضوع التعامل مع اللاجئين شهد تحولات خطيرة وسريعة في الآونة الأخيرة على الصعيدين الدولي والوطني، حيث أصبح من أبرز القضايا التي تتصدر النقاشات والاجتماعات الدولية والإقليمية والوطنية، والتي تسعى إلى معالجة أوضاع اللاجئين. لتحقيق حماية فعالة لحقوق الأساسية للاجئين، يولي المجتمع الدولي اهتما ما كبي ا ر لتطوير آليات قانونية تضمن الحماية اللازمة لهم في الدول المضيفة. Countries worldwide have witnessed waves of displacement due to internal and international armed conflicts, natural disasters, and various forms of persecution and serious violations of their fundamental rights. As a result of instability in their countries and exposure to persecution, most find themselves compelled to seek refuge and flee, prioritizing their lives and futures, and turning to other countries in search of safety and peace. The issue of dealing with refugees has undergone significant and rapid changes in recent times, both on the international and national levels, becoming one of the foremost issues dominating international, regional, and national discussions and meetings, all striving to address the plight of refugees. To achieve effective protection of refugees' fundamental rights, the international community places great emphasis on developing legal mechanisms that ensure necessary protection for them in host countries. | |
