| dc.description.abstract | الجامعة ينشؤها المجتمع لخدمة بعض أغراضه وهي مؤسسة اجتماعية تؤثر في المجتمع من خلال ما تقوم به من وظائف ومهام، لهذا تظهر مدى العلاقة التي تربط بين النهوض بالاقتصاد وإحداث تنمية والعمل المنوط تقديمه من طرف الجامعة . لذا فان الهدف المتوخى من هذه الدراسة يتمثل في البحث عن الاطار الناظم للدور الذي تلعبه الجامعة في تجسيد هذه التنمية على المستوى المجتمعي ، وقد توصلنا الى جملة من النتائج في مجملها تؤكد ان الجامعة تبقى الشريك الاساسي في عملية التنمية ولها القدرة على الاستجابة لمختلف الاحتياجات الوطنية والمحلية . Abstract : The University is set up by the community to serve some of its purposes. It is a social institution that affects society through its functions and functions, so it shows the relationship between the promotion of the economy and the creation of development and the work it is mandated to offer. The aim of the study is therefore to explore the framework governing the role played by the university is in reflecting this development at the community level, and we have come up with a number of findings in this area that confirm that the University is remains the primary partner in the development process and has the capacity to respond to various national and local needs. | |
