Abstract: This study tackles the narrative structure in the short story, "Mazilna Nokssim" (We Still Swear), for the Algerian writer, Z’hour Ounissi. More precisely, following the structural approach, it investigates the narrative elements of time, place and characters, and the ways they are interwoven to create the short story’s events.
