| dc.description.abstract | الملخص : عرفت بلاد المغرب الإسلامي توافد العديد من الأجناس والفئات البشرية المختلفة، ومن بينهم اليهود الذين سكنوا مختلف الحواضر المغربية ومارسوا حياتهم الطبيعة وفق ماتمليه عليهم الشريعة الإسلامية، فأسهموا في مختلف المجالات السياسية والاقتصادية، الاجتماعية والثقافية؛ فتعددت مواهبهم وتنوعت داخل المجتمع المغربي خاصة يهود الأندلس الذين هاجروا نتيجة الاضطهاد المسيحي بعد سقوط غرناطة آخر معاقل المسلمين، فنزلوا بالمغرب الإسلامي عامة والمغرب الأوسط خاصة. من خلال هذا الموضوع نسعى لدراسة واقع تواجد يهود الأندلس بالمغرب الأوسط بين الواقع الاجتماعي والتنظير الشرعي، كما نبين أهم الآثار والانعكاسات الحضارية والفكرية. Abstract : The Jews are of many different races and human groups who pilgrimagedto the Islamic Maghreb. They lived ordinarily in various Maghrebi cities as required by the Islamic law, andthey werepolitically, economically, socially, and culturally distinguished thanks to their talents. The Jews of Andalusia particularly migrated because of the Christian persecution especially after the fall of Granada, the last Muslim stronghold at Andalusia. Through this topic, we seek to study the reality of the presence of the Jews of Andalusia in the Middle Maghreb between social reality and legal theory, as well as the most important civilizational reflectionsand intellectual consequences. | |
