| dc.description.abstract | عرف بيئة المنظمات تغيرات وتحولات تكنولوجية هائلة في مجال التعليم، وأصبحت إعادة الهندسة والستة سيجما كمدخلين أساسيين في الخدمة التعليمية من اجل تحقيق طفرات نوعية وتحسين مستمر في مؤسسات التعليم العالي. يهدف البحث إلى تقديم نموذج تطبيق إعادة الهندسة والستة سيجما في مؤسسات التعليم العالي، وسبل نشر وعي الاهتمام بهما. مما توصل إليه البحث من نتيجة حول تطبيق هذين الاتجاهين في التعليم العالي أنهما أكثر ديناميكية تنتج مخرجات متميزة وتحقق ميزة تنافسية في القطاع، وتفعيلهما في الجامعة الجزائرية لتحقيق ضمان جودة خدماتها.
