Abstract
عرف بيئة المنظمات تغيرات وتحولات تكنولوجية هائلة في مجال التعليم، وأصبحت إعادة الهندسة والستة سيجما كمدخلين أساسيين في الخدمة التعليمية من اجل تحقيق طفرات نوعية وتحسين مستمر في مؤسسات التعليم العالي. يهدف البحث إلى تقديم نموذج تطبيق إعادة الهندسة والستة سيجما في مؤسسات التعليم العالي، وسبل نشر وعي الاهتمام بهما. مما توصل إليه البحث من نتيجة حول تطبيق هذين الاتجاهين في التعليم العالي أنهما أكثر ديناميكية تنتج مخرجات متميزة وتحقق ميزة تنافسية في القطاع، وتفعيلهما في الجامعة الجزائرية لتحقيق ضمان جودة خدماتها.
Know the environment changes and organizations tremendous technological transformations in the field of education, re- engineering and Six Sigma become an introductory- key in educational services in order to achieve breakthroughs and continuously improving quality in higher education institutions. The research aims to provide a model application of re-engineering and Six Sigma in higher education institutions, and ways to inspire awareness of them. The search result on the application of these two trends in higher education they are more dynamic produces distinct outputs and achieve a competitive advantage in the sector, and are activated in Algerian universities to ensure the quality of service
