Abstract
نتيجة للنشاطات المتزايدة للمؤسسات و المنشآت الصناعية تم إلحاق ضرر بالغ بالبيئة،الأمر الذي أدى إلى تحرك المجتمع الدولي عن طريق جهود منظمات عدة وتم التوصل من خلال جهودها إلى وضع جملة من الضوابط التي يجب على المؤسسات مراعاتها أثناء مباشرتها لنشاطاتها وذلك كله من اجل حماية البيئة،وهي الضوابط التي تمت ترجمتها على المستوى الوطني من خلال إصدار جملة من التشريعات التي هدفت من خلالها الدولة إلى إلزام المؤسسات باحترام المعايير البيئية أثناء نشاطاتها. وتأتي دراستنا هاته من اجل بيان التجربة الجزائرية في مجال التأهيل البيئي للمؤسسات واهم الآليات التي أوجدها المشرع من اجل حمايتها والتي يجب على المؤسسات مراعاتها سواء عند إنشاءها أو عند مباشرتها لمهامها.
With the increasing activities of organizations and industrial institutions, the environment has been severely damaged. This has led the international community to show an increased interest and different organizations were putting great efforts what have resulted in defining set of requirements that organizations have to take into account during their operation with the aim of protecting the environment. These requirements were translated at the national level through a series of legislations issued with the aim of obliging organizations to respect the environmental standards.
This study comes to show the Algerian experience regarding the organizations’ environmental upgrade and the most important mechanisms that have been created by the legislator and organizations must take into account when they are first established then once in service in order to protect the environment.
