| dc.description.abstract | أن التجارب الطبية ضرورية لتطور العلوم الطبية لكونها تعود بالفائدة على كافة المجتمع البشري، غير أنها تصطدم بمبدأ حق الإنسان في سلامة جسد. وتعدّ المسؤولية المدنية كآلية لحماية جسم الإنسان من التجارب. والنتيجة المتصول إليها هو أن والنصوص المنظمة لتلك التجارب تعدّ ضرورية لكنها غير كافية لتوفير الحماية الضرورية. Medical experiments are necessary for the development of medical sciences because they benefit all human society, but they collide with the principle of the human right to the integrity of one's body. Civil liability is a mechanism for protecting the human body from experiments. The conclusion reached is that the texts regulating these experiences are necessary but not sufficient to provide the necessary protection | |
