| dc.description.abstract | Abstract The urinary infections are due to the presence of bacteria in the Urinary circuit, and after the respiratory infections in the second place. In this work, we are studying the main bacteria responsible for this phenomena in different cases of 537 patients in Khenchela, in both genders from different ages by the cytobacteriological examination of urine (ECBU) which is the microbiological examination of reference. The results showed distinctions in the distribution of these infections by gender, age and type of bacteria from the years 2018 to 2019. A management and prevention is the best way to limit the complications of the urinary infections. ملخص: تعود الأمراض البولية إلى وجود بكتيريا في القناة البولية وهي ثاني أكبر الالتهابات بعد التنفسية. في هذا العمل، نركز على دراسة البكتيريا الرئيسية المسؤولة عن العدوى البولية لدى 537 مريضا في خنشلة، من جنس وسن مختلف من خلال فحص السيتوباكتيريولوجيا للبول وهو فحص ميكروبيولوجي أساسي. وقد أظهرت النتائج الاختلافات في توزيع هذه الإصابات حسب نوع جنس وعمر البكتيريا خلال فترة 2018-2019. تعتبر الرعاية والوقاية هما أفضل وسيلة للحد من التعقيدات الناجمة عن الإصابة بالأمراض المعدية. الكلمات الرئيسية: عدوى، البول، بكتيريا، مضادات حيوية، تشخيص. | |
