| dc.description.abstract | من خلال دراستنا لموضوع تداعيات الإصلاحات السياسية الراهنة على المشاركة السياسية توصلنا إلى أن الإصلاحات السياسية التي باشرتها الجزائر في سنة 2012، ساهمت في تنامي المشاركة السياسية وذلك بالنظر للامتيازات التي صاحبتها و الظروف التي سادت فيها ، إلا أن الإصلاحات الدستورية و القانونية لسنة 2016 و التي دخلت حيز النفاذ بموجب تشريعيــات 2017 ، لم يكن لها التأثير ذاته على المشاركة السياسية بمظاهرها المتعددة ، ويعود ذلك في رأينا إلى نظام العتبة الانتخابية الذي ساهم في إقصاء العديد من الأحزاب السياسية والتراجع عن نظام الإشراف القضائي ، وكذا السياق العام الذي جرت فيه هذه الانتخابات. Through our study of the subject of the consequences of ongoing political reforms on political participation, we determined that the political reforms initiated by Algeria in 2012, contributed to the growing political participation, taking into account the privileges that accompanied and the conditions that prevailed, but the constitutional and legal reforms for the year 2016 and which came into force under the 2017 elections, did not have the same influence on political participation in its different forms, and this is due to our notice to the electoral threshold system, which contributed to the exclusion of many political parties and the decline of the judicial control system, as well as the general context in which these elections took place. | |
