| dc.description.abstract | الأطفال ضحايا جرائم عديدة، وفي ظل زيادة الوعي بهذه الطبقة الهشة من خلال الاتفاقيات الدولية، والتشريعات المحلية، أين أولت هذه الاخيرة حماية قانونية للأطفال اللاجئين ومجهولي النسب، لضمان إستمرارية البشرية وتطورها وإعدادها إعدادا سليما يبدأ من جيل اليوم، ولحساسية مرحلة الطفولة، إذ لا بد أن يحظى الطفل بالرعاية والحماية ومنع تعرضه لأي معاملة قاسية أو انتهاك أو خدش يعيق نموه، أو يهين كرامته، أو ينتقص من حقوقه. سيما إقامتهم المنتظمة والمشروعة، وتمتعهم بجنسية دولة معينة والتي ترتب آثار قانونية. وهو ما حاول المشرع الجزائري معالجته من خلال قانون مركز الاجانب، وقانون الجنسية ومختلف الإتفاقيات الدولية التي انضمت لها الجزائر.
