Abstract
الملخص : تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع الميول الانتحارية لدى الشباب متعاطي المخدرات، حيث تم التركيز على تحليل مدى انتشار هذه الميول وعلاقتها بعدة متغيرات ديموغرافية واجتماعية ونفسية، مثل الجنس، العمر، المستوى التعليمي، الحالة الاجتماعية، وسنوات التعاطي. أشارت النتائج إلى أن مستوى الميول الانتحارية لدى الشباب المتعاطين للمخدرات يتراوح بين المتوسط والمرتفع، مما يعكس خطورة الحالة النفسية والاجتماعية التي يعيشها هؤلاء الشباب. ويرجع ذلك إلى تأثير المخدرات على الجوانب النفسية والسلوكية، والتي تتضمن اضطرابات معرفية وانفعالية، وميل إلى العزلة والنبذ الاجتماعي، إضافة إلى ضعف القدرة على التكيف مع الضغوط الحياتية
كما أكدت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الميول الانتحارية بين الشباب المتعاطين تبعًا لمتغيرات الجنس العمر ، المستوى التعليمي، الحالة الاجتماعية، وسنوات التعاطي. وقد فسرت هذه النتائج بأن تأثير تعاطي المخدرات على الميول الانتحارية قوي ومتساو بين مختلف الفئات، إذ أن كل هذه الفئات تواجه تحديات نفسية واجتماعية متشابهة، تتفاقم بفعل الإدمان. كما أبرزت الدراسة أن العوامل النفسية مثل الاكتئاب، اليأس، الاضطرابات السلوكية، والعزلة الاجتماعية تلعب دورًا محوريًا في دفع الشباب نحو التفكير

وأظهرت الدراسة أهمية النظر إلى الانتحار كظاهرة معقدة تتداخل فيها عوامل نفسية، اجتماعية، وثقافية، وليست مرتبطة بمتغير واحد فقط، مما يتطلب تطوير استراتيجيات علاجية ونفسية شاملة تستهدف الفئات الأكثر عرضة للانتحار، وخاصة الشباب المتعاطين للمخدرات. كما أكدت النتائج ضرورة العمل على تعزيز الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي لهؤلاء الشباب، والحد من الظروف التي تزيد من معاناتهم، بالإضافة إلى العمل على توعية المجتمع بآثار المخدرات النفسية والاجتماعية الخطيرة
Summary:
This study addresses the topic of suicidal tendencies among young drug users. It focused on analyzing the prevalence of these tendencies and their relationship to several demographic, social, and psychological variables, such as gender, age, educational level, marital status, and years of drug use. The results indicated that the level of suicidal tendencies among young drug users ranged from moderate to high, reflecting the severity of the psychological and social conditions they experience. This is due to the impact of drugs on psychological and behavioral aspects, which include cognitive and emotional disturbances, a tendency toward isolation and social ostracism, and a weak ability to adapt to life's pressures.
The study also confirmed the absence of statistically significant differences in suicidal tendencies among young drug users based on the variables of gender, age, educational level, marital status, and years of drug use. These results were interpreted as indicating that the impact of drug use on suicidal tendencies is strong and equal across different groups, as all of these groups face similar psychological and social challenges that are exacerbated by addiction. The study also highlighted that psychological factors such as depression, despair, behavioral disorders, and social isolation play a pivotal role in pushing young people toward suicidal thoughts or attempts. The study demonstrated the importance of viewing suicide as a complex phenomenon involving intertwined psychological, social, and cultural factors, rather than being linked to a single variable. This requires the development of comprehensive therapeutic and psychological strategies targeting the groups most vulnerable to suicide, especially young drug users. The results also emphasized the need to enhance psychological and social support for these young people, reduce the conditions that exacerbate their suffering, and raise community awareness of the serious psychological and social effects of drugs.
