| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الورقة إلى دراسة دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين إدارة الموارد البشرية، وهذا من خلال تحويل مهام الموارد البشرية الورقية التقليدية إلى أنشطة فعالة وسريعة الاستجابة للتحولات البيئية، وهذا بتنفيذ الوظائف وأنشطة الموارد البشرية باستخدام الانترنت والانترانت، وتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال بفضل تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية للموارد البشرية، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى استقطاب نوعية جديدة من الموارد البشرية تتميز بكفاءة جيدة، وهذا لا يتم إلا من خلال التوظيف الإلكتروني للموارد البشرية، و التسجيل الإلكتروني للحضور والانصراف، والتكوين الإلكتروني، وتقييم الأداء إلكترونيا. This paper aims to examine the role of e-management in improving human resources management, by transforming traditional paper human resources functions into effective and responsive activities to environmental transformations, and by implementing functions and human resources activities using the Internet and information and communication technology thanks to the application of electronic human resources management. The results of the study have attracted a new quality of human resources characterized by good efficiency, and this is done only through electronic recruitment of human resources, electronic registration of attendance and departure, electronic training, and evaluation of performance electronically. | |
