Abstract
ملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف دور المشاريع المقاولاتية النسائية في إنشاء المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، من خلال تحليل العلاقة بين أبعاد هذه المشاريع وقدرة النساء على تأسيس مؤسسات قابلة للاستمرار والنمو. وقد تم تنفيذ الدراسة ميدانيًا باستخدام استبيان وُجّه إلى عينة من رائدات الأعمال الناشطات بولاية خنشلة، حيث بلغ عددهن 30 سيدة تم اختيارهن بناءً على ممارستهن الفعلية للعمل المقاولاتي، تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS، حيث تم التحقق من طبيعة العلاقة بين المقاولاتية النسائية وواقع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة من خلال مجموعة من المؤشرات الكمية. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة إيجابية بين أغلب أبعاد المشاريع المقاولاتية النسائية ونجاح النساء في إنشاء مؤسسات صغيرة ومتوسطة، مما يؤكد على الأهمية المتزايدة لريادة الأعمال النسائية في تنمية الاقتصاد المحلي.
واختتمت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات، أهمها:
• تعزيز البرامج التكوينية والتدريبية الموجهة للنساء في مجال المقاولاتية؛
• توفير آليات تمويل ودعم تأخذ بعين الاعتبار خصوصية المشاريع النسائية؛
• تطوير منظومة مرافقة فعالة لضمان ديمومة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة التي تؤسسها النساء.
Abstract
This study aimed to explore the role of women's entrepreneurial ventures in the creation of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), by analyzing the relationship between the dimensions of these ventures and women's ability to establish sustainable and growth-oriented businesses. The study was conducted in the field using a questionnaire directed at a sample of 30 female entrepreneurs active in Khenchela province, selected based on their actual involvement in entrepreneurial activities.
Data were analyzed using the SPSS statistical software, where the nature of the relationship between women’s entrepreneurship and the reality of SMEs was examined through a set of quantitative indicators. The results revealed a positive correlation between most dimensions of women's entrepreneurial ventures and their success in establishing SMEs, highlighting the growing importance of women’s entrepreneurship in fostering local economic development.
The study concluded with several recommendations, most notably:
• Enhancing training and education programs for women in the field of entrepreneurship;
• Providing financing and support mechanisms tailored to the specific nature of women-led projects;
• Developing an effective support system to ensure the sustainability of SMEs established by women.
