dc.description.abstractSummary Small and medium enterprises are the basic base in the process of economic and social development, due to the great economic return it achieves at the level of all productive sectors,as the success of any organization in achieving its goals and realizing its strategy depends mainly on the effectiveness of its human resources, which is its real capital. This is only affected by investing these resources and improving their efficiency, which gives workers new knowledge and skills that help them gain a competitive advantage that no organization should achieve, and the optimal investment should be in minds and competencies, employing qualified workers, training and motivating them, which helps to achieve the goals of the organization. Through our field study, we tried to identify the role of human resources and ways to activate them to achieve development. ملخص تعد المؤسسات الصغیرة والمتوسطة القاعدة الاساسیة في عملیة التنمیة الاقتصادیة والاجتماعیة، وذلك لما تحققه من مردود اقتصادي كبیر على مستوى كافة القطاعات الانتاجیة، ، حیث أن نجاح أي مؤسسة في بلوغ أهدافها وتحقیق است ا رتیجیتها یعتمد أساسا على مدى فعالیة مواردها البشریة التي هي بمثابة ال أ رسمال الحقیقي لدیها. ولا یتأثر هذا إلا باستثمار هذه الموارد وتحسین كفاءتها وهذا ما یعطي للعمال معارف جدیدة ومها ا رت تساعدها على كسب میزة تنافسیة لا ینبغي لأي مؤسسة تحقیقها. والاستثمار الأمثل یجب أن یكون في العقول والكفاءات وتوظیف العمالة المؤهلة و تدریبهم و تحفیزهم مما یساعد على تحقیق أهداف المؤسسة و قد حاولنا من خلال د ا رستنا المیدانیة لمؤسسة فوریمید وحدة كشرود علي التعرف على دور مواردها البشریة و طرق تفعیلها لتحقیق التنمیة.
