| dc.description.abstract | جاءت دراستنا مستعينة بدور الدبلوماسية متعددة المسارات في إدارة الصراعات الدولية، ومن خلال دراسة حالة منطقة شرق آسيا، وتوصلت إلى أن الاعتماد على منهج المسارات مكننا من فهم وتحليل ظاهرة الصراعات وتداعياتها. تعقيدها من أجل التوصل إلى حلول تقلل من خطورتها، من خلال محاولة إدارتها بدلاً من حلها وسط نظام دولي فوضوي لا يمكن التنبؤ به. ومع نتائجها، كان لدور دبلوماسية المسار الفضل في المساهمة في تجنب معضلة الصراعات المستمرة، وقد عمل على العديد من اتفاقيات بناء السلام منذ نهاية الحرب الباردة. حاولت دراستنا المرتكزة على شرق آسيا إبراز مدى فعالية الدبلوماسية في إدارة الصراعات وبناء السلام في المنطقة، والتي كان لها دور كبير في التخفيف من ظاهرة الصراع وتجنب احتمال تحولها إلى مسرح حرب بين الدول المتصارعة. بلدان. وتحول العداء إلى صداقة وإعادة العلاقات وبناء الثقة وتحقيق التعاون والتكامل الاقتصادي، مع العمل على تعزيز الاستقرار الأمني وإقليمية شرق آسيا.Our study came with the aid of the role of multi-track diplomacy in managing international conflicts and by studying the case of the east asian region, with the conclusion that relying on the tracks approach enabled us to understand and analyze the phenomenon of conflicts and their complexity in order to reach solutions that reduce their severity, by trying to manage them instead of solving them amid an unpredictable and chaotic international system With its results, the role of track diplomacy has been credited with contributing to avoiding the dilemma of ongoing conflicts and has worked onmany peacebuilding agreements since the end of the cold war. Our study, based on east asia, attempted to highlight the effectiveness of diplomacy in managing conflicts and building peace in the region, which had a major role in alleviating the phenomenon of conflict and avoiding the possibility of it becoming a theater of war between the conflicting countries. enmity turned into friendship restoring relations, building trust, achieving cooperation economic integration, while working to strengthen security stability and the regionalization of East Asia | |
