| dc.description.abstract | نتناول في هذه الدراسة إجراءات تنفيذ أحكام القضاء المتضمنة إدانة مالية ضد الإدارة العامة، وذلك من خلال تسليط الضوء على التوجهات التي أقرها المشرع الجزائري في هذا الخصوص، سواء في إطار القانون 91-02 أو ما حمله التعديل الجديد لقانون الإجراءات المدنية والادارية الذي جاء تحت رقم 22-13. توصلنا إلى إلا أن التوجه القانوني الجديد بمقتضى القانون 22-13 لم يأت بأحكام جديدة تعالج حقا النقائص المثارة في ظل القانون 91-02، سواء ما تعلق بطول مدة الإجراءات المتبعة في سبيل عملية التحصيل، أو غياب الصرامة في عملية التنفيذ الجبري عن طريق أمين الخزينة، وتغييب دور القاضي الإداري في ذلك.
