dc.description.abstractلقد امتد التطور التكنولوجي والثورة الرقمية في العالم إلى أكثر من قطاع، فقد صدر القانون 15-03 المؤرخ في 01 فبراير 2015 المتعلق بتحديث العدالة، كما تم إدخال تعديلات على قانون الإجراءات الجزائية منذ 2015 بموجب الأمر رقم 20-04، الذي يقيد إجرائيا تطبيق هذه التقنية في التحقيق والملاحقة وتنفيذ الأحكام الجزائية. و استخدام المحادثة المرئية كأحد إصلاحات نظام العدالة - هدفها تسريع الإجراءات وتسريع الفصل في القضايا، كل ذلك مع مراعاة ضمانات المتهم.Technological development and the world's digital revolution have extended to more than one sector Law 15-03 of 01 February 2015 on the modernization of justice, Amendments to the Code of Criminal Procedure have been made since 2015 under Ordinance No. 20-04, which procedurally restricts the application of this technique in investigating, prosecuting and implementing penal provisions.
