dc.description.abstractالملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مدى مساهمة العمل عن بعد في تطوير الكفاءات داخل المؤسسة الجامعية، وذلك من خلال دراسة الأسباب التي أدت إلى ظهورها وتحديد العلاقة بين العمل عن بعد وتطوير الكفاءات . لكي تحقق الدراسة النتائج المرجوة منها تم تدعيمها بدراسة تطبيقية لكلية العلوم الإقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة خنشلة، وذلك بإستخدام إستبيان وجمع وتحليل البيانات بواسطة برنامج) الإحصائي مما يسمح بالحصول على مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها وجود علاقة طردية بين تطوير )SPSS الكفاءات والعمل عن بعد وهو إرتباط إيجابي بينهما حيث بلغ معامل الإرتباط 0.570 عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 وهذا يشير إلى أن العمل عن بعد يؤثر على مستويات تطوير الكفاءات من خلال مجالاته وأساليبه وأهميته، ومن جهة أخرى فإن مستوى تطوير الكفاءات بتأثر كذلك بالعمل عن بعد. Summary: This study aims to highlight the extent to which remote work contributes to the development of competencies within the university institution, by examining the reasons that led to its emergence and determining the relationship between remote work and the development of competencies. In order for the study to achieve the desired results, it was supported by an applied study of the Faculty of Economic and Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences at the University of Khenchela, using a questionnaire, collecting and analyzing data by means of the statistical program (SPSS), which allows obtaining a set of results, the most important of which is the existence of a direct relationship between the development of competencies and remote work, which is A positive correlation between them, as the correlation coefficient reached 0.570 at a level of significance of 0.01, and this indicates that remote work affects the levels of competencies development through its fields, methods, and importance, and on the other hand, the level of competencies development is also affected by remote work.
