Abstract
ملخص
اللكتینات ھي مواد بروتینیة مستخلصة من النباتات أو الحیوانات.
الھدف من ھذه الدراسة ھي البحث عن وجود اللكتینات في مستخلص خمسة نباتات طبیة وذلك عن طریق اختبار التراص
واستخلاصھا ثم دراستھا بیولوجیا.
تمت عملیة الاستخلاص عن طریق طحنھا ونقعھا في محلول ملحي و تمریرھا عبر الكروماتوغرافي العمودي ثم إتمام
الاختبارات على المستخلصات .
1:10 ، أما بالنسبة لمستخلص ( نتیجة نشاط التراص كانت ( 1024 Juniperus phoenicea بالنسبة لمستخلص

Abstract
Lectins are proteins substances extracted from plants or animals.
The main objective of this work is to look for the presence of lectins in five medicinal plants,
and their extraction and their biological study. The extraction was made by crushing and
soaking in buffer solution followed by column chromatography then bioassays was made on
our extracts.
The hemagglutinating activity of extracts Juniperus phoenicea was 1:10 (1024).And
that of Astragalus armatus and Ruta montana was 1: 9 (512).
Ruta montana extract gave high selectivity on the red cells of Group B, the extract of
Astragalus armatus gave a highly selective group of erythrocytes A. And that of Juniperus
phoenicea showed no ability to distinguish human blood groups.
For some number of single sugar glucose and galactose inhibit hemagglutinating
activity of Ruta montana lectins. And sucrose inhibits the hemagglutinating activity of lectins
Astragalus armatus.
The hemagglutinating activity of Astragalus armatus extract was stable in the pH
range 3-8 and up to 60 ° C for one hour. While of Ruta montana was stable in the pH range 7-
10 and up to 70 ° C for the heure.et exteait Juniperus phoenicea was stable in the pH range 2-
9 and up to 70 ° C for an hour.
Résumé
Les lectines sont des substances protéiques extraits des plantes ou d’animaux.
L’objectif principal de ce travail est de chercher la présence de lectines dans cinq
plantes médicinales, et leur extraction, puis leur étude biologique. L’extraction à été faite par
broyage et macération dans solution tampon suivi par la chromatographie sur colonne puis des
tests biologiques a été fait sur nos extraits.
L’activité hémagglutinante d’extraits Juniperus phoenicea a été 1:10(1024).Et celle
d’Astragalus armatus et Ruta montana a été 1:9(512).
L’extrait de Ruta montana a donné une forte sélectivité sur les hématies du groupe B,
l’extrait d’Astragalus armatus a donné une forte sélectivité sur les hématies du groupe A. Et
celle d’ Juniperus phoenicea n’a montré aucune capacité à distinguer les groupes sanguins
humains.
Pour certains nombre des sucres, seul le glucose et galactose inhibent l’activité
hémagglutinante des lectines de Ruta montana. Et le sucrose inhibe l’activité
hémagglutinante des lectines d’Astragalus armatus.
L’activité hémagglutinante d’extrait d’Astragalus armatus a été stable dans la gamme
pH 3-8 et jusqu’à 60°C pendant une heure. Tandis que de Ruta montana a été stable dans la
gamme pH 7-10 et jusqu’à 70°C pendant une heure, et l’exteait Juniperus phoenicea a été
stable dans la gamme pH 2-9 et jusqu’à 70°C pendant une heure.
L’extrait d’Astragalus armatus a un effet antibacterienne.
