| dc.description.abstract | PDAU الملخص : بادرت الدولة الجزائرية إلى استحداث مخططات عمرانية لمعالجة هذه المشكلة وذلك للتحكم في هذا النمو الحضري، ومن هذه المخططات المخطط التوجيهي للتهيئة والتعمير pos ومخطط شغل الأراضي والتي تعتبر من أدوات التخطيط المجالي والتسيير الحضري للمدن، من أجل التحكم وضبط توسع المجال العمراني. خدمة للمجتع وذلك من أجل تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة بكل أبعادها (الإجتماعية الإقتصادية والسياسية)، وذلك للحفاظ على البيئة وعلى العناصر المكونة لها، بغية تحقيق إستدامة تحفظ حق الأجيال اللاحقة للإستفادة من مواردها الطبيعية. Abstract : The Algerian state has initiated the development of urban schemes to address this problem in order to control this urban growth, including the PDAU and POS land occupancy schemes, which are tools for field planning and urbanization of cities, in order to control and control urbanization.
