| dc.description.abstract | لقد أدى التطور العلمي والتكنولوجي في مختلف المجالات الذي يشهده العالم المعاصر إلى تطور أساليب ووسائل ارتكاب جرائم الفساد، والتي عجزت القواعد الجزائية الإجرائية التقليدية عن مكافحتها وضمان المتابعة الفعالة لمرتكبيها، مما استوجب ضرورة اعتماد إجراءات حديثة تتماشى مع الأساليب الجزائية المعمول بها، الأمر الذي دفع المشرع الجزائري إلى استحداث أساليب جديدة للبحث والتحري تتماشى مع مكافحة هذه الجرائم التي تهدد أمن واستقرار المجتمعاتThe scientific and technological development in various fields that the contemporary world is witnessing has led to the development of methods and means of committing corruption crimes, which the traditional procedural penalrules have failed to combat and ensure effective follow-up to the perpetrators, which required the need to adopt modern procedures in line with the established criminal methods, which prompted the legislator Algerian to develop new methods of research and investigation in line with combating these crimes that threaten the security and stability of societies. | |
