| dc.description.abstract | الملخص : يهدف هذا المقال إلى التعرف على أهم المعوقات الثقافية والاجتماعية أمام التدرج الوظيفي للمرأة الجزائرية وهذه الأخيرة التي رغم اكتساحها مجالات العمل المختلفة، مازالت في كثير من الوظائف التي تشغلها تقع في أدنى مراتب الهيكل الوظيفي في المؤسسات والإدارات التي تشتغل فيها، دون أن تنال حظها من الترقية المستحقة، ورغم اكتسابها أيضا جملة من الحقوق والضمانات القانونية بالمساواة في العمل وعدم التفرقة الوظيفية، إلا أنها تعاني من وجود عراقيل تقف أمام تدرجها للمناصب الإدارية العليا. وفي هذا المقال نحاول التعرف على أهم المعوقات التي تفرضها الموروثات الثقافية والاجتماعية السائدة في المجتمع الجزائري أمام فرص استفادة المرأة العاملة من أية ترقية وظيفية Summary: This article explores the main cultural and social barriers facing the professional progress of Algerian Woman. Despite of the latter’s access to different professional fields, she is still situated at the lower positions of the professional hierarchy in enterprises and administrations in many professions where she works, without benefiting from a deserved promotion, and notwithstanding her acquisition of many rights and legal guarantees for equality and non-discrimination for job opportunities, she still suffers from the presence of barriers compromising her access to higher administrative positions. In this article we try to explore the main barriers emanating from cultural and social legacies that exist in the Algerian society and that shape the working woman’s opportunities towards any professional promotion. | |
