| dc.description.abstract | يهدف هذا المقال إلى تسليط الضوء على بعد مهم للأمن الإنساني ألا وهو الأمن الغذائي الذي يهتم بضمان حصول الفرد على الغذاء الكافي والسليم بوصفه حقا من حقوق الإنسان، وبذلك سيتم تناول الأمن الغذائي من خلال التركيز على أهم المحاور التي يستند إليها ﺑﺎلتطرق إلى أبعاده وأهم الفواعل العاملة على ضمان تحقيقه، وآليات حفظه في ظل التهديدات المتزايدة له في العالم أجمع. This article aims to highlight an important dimension of human security, whichisfoodsecurity. It isconcernedabout ensuring that the individuals are accessing to the adequate and healthy food as a right of the human rights. So we will study food security by focusing on its most important themes by addressing its dimensions, mechanisms and actors that work to ensure it, especially in the light of the growing threats that treat it in the whole world. | |
