| dc.description.abstract | يعتبر الحق في الحصول على المعلومة من الحقوق التي تعني الكثير من المواطنين في دول العالم، حيث أن طلبها يكون من خلال الجهات الرسمية وتبليغها إلى المواطنين من اجل المعرفة و العلم بها و محاولة كيفية التعامل مع المعلومة. وتوصلنا إلى أن الحق في الحصول على المعلومة حق كل مواطن في أي بلد وهذا ما يكفله القانون الدولي إلا أن طلب المعلومة يختلف باختلاف نوعها وأضرارها أو آثارها على الفرد و الدولة معا، وهنا يمكن القول أن حق طلب المعلومة لا يكون متاحا لكل المعلومات إلا ما يخدم الدولة و المواطن وذلك حفاظا على الدولة وسيادتها.
