| dc.description.abstract | إن جذب وتطوير الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر إلي الجزائر موضوع لا يمكن تجاهله ضمن السياسات الاقتصادية الرشيدة و ذلك بالنضر إلي الآثار التي قد يدرها هذا النوع من الاستثمارات علي الاقتصاد الجزائري و الذي يساهم في رفع التحدي الذي تواجهه الجزائر و المتمثل في تنوع اقتصادها وفك ارتباطه بقطاع المحروقات. ولهذا الغرض، و بالنضر إلي الإمكانيات المالية و المؤهلات البشرية و القدرات الاستثمارية الهائلة التي تتمتع بها الجزائر قامت بإصلاحات اقتصادية و ضريبية ، و اتخذت إجراءات وتدابير سياسية و قانونية واجتماعية ووضع سياسات استثمارية فعالة وكذا تطوير بيئتها الأساسية وهذا من شانه إبراز الفرص الاستثمارية و المزايا و التسهيلات المتاحة و خلق بيئة محفزة لجذب الاستثمارات المحلية و الأجنبية.
