| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى محاولة إنشاء صندوق وقفي لتمويل الطاقة الخضراء، من خلال دراسة متطلبات المشروع التنظيمية والمالية اللازمة لتنفيذه لتوليد طاقة تعود بالنفع على أفراد المزرعة النائية محل المشروع. وتوصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى أن صكوك الصناديق الوقفية الخضراء تعد من أبرز الأطر المؤسسية الإسلامية الفاعلة في سبيل توريد الأموال اللازمة لتمويل الطاقة الشمسية المزرعة نائية في الجزائر لاسيما وأن هذه الأخيرة غنية بالطاقات المتجددة. This paper attempt to establish a waqf fund to finance green energy by examining the regulatory and financial requirements necessary to implement the project for electricity generation which benefits the people of the remote area in which the project is intended to be established. The study concluded that the green waqf funds sukuk among the most effective Islamic institutional framework for supplying the funds required to financeThe proposed project namely solar energy to a remote region in Algeria, especially as the latter is rich in renewable energies. | |
