| dc.description.abstract | تعتبر بطاقات الائتمان الالكترونية أهم أدوات الدفع المالي المتطورة والتي أخذت في الانتشار يوما بعد يوم وبصورة متسارعة وتعد أحد الوسائل المستحدثة للوفاء تقوم مقام النقود، جاءت للحد من تداول النقود وانتقالها فرضتها التطورات التكنولوجية،والتي أصبح الأفراد يتعاملون بها في مختلف نشاطاتهم ومعاملاتهم المالية.إلا أنها أصبحت محلا للعديد من الجرائم كالتحايل والسرقة والتزوير. وسنحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على جريمة تزوير بطاقات الائتمان إحدى الصور الخاصة لجريمة التزوير الالكتروني كونها جريمة ذات خصوصية وهذا نظرا لعدم قدرة النصوص التقليدية المتضمنة أحكام التزوير معالجة التزوير الوارد على هذه البطاقات خاصة وأن هذه الجرائم تتم بتقنيات جديدة ومجرم جديد ومفاهيم جديدة.
