| dc.description.abstract | تعد المصالحة الوطنية مشروع سياسي يهدف إلى استعادة حالة السلم والأمن في الدولة من جهة والى المحافظة على الاستقرار السياسي من جهة أخرى، وعرفت الجزائر سنوات من العنف والإرهاب وعدم الاستقرار السياسي أدت بها إلي انتهاج الوئام المدني والمصالحة الوطنية كآلية من آليات تحقيق الاستقرار السياسي، وقامت بذلك من خلال استراتيجية طويلة المدى كانت بدايتها بالحوار السياسي ثم قانون تدابير الرحمة ثم الوفاق الوطني وبعد ذلك الوئام المدني ليصبح بعد ذلك المصالحة الوطنية، وكان الهدف من كل هذا هو تحقيق الاستقرار السياسي في الجزائر، وكانت نتيجة هذه المصالحة الوطنية هي مكافحة الإرهاب، وعليه يمكن القول أن الجزائر في نجحت في تحقيق الاستقرار السياسي عن طريق المصالحة الوطنية.
