dc.description.abstractthe objective of this paper is to asses, determine and correct the investment practices in the micro enterprises, and to offer an adequate competitive/strategic analysis that assist in the business formation process, and in macro-strategy to organize the small business in efficient way that allow flexible adjustments in case of environmental or market change based on data collection process and benchmarking approach and a suggested efficiency-screening process. We have used for that purpose official government and microbusiness reports, alongside with observation and questionnaires for data collection.
