Abstract
إن تطبيق القانون الدولي يحتاج إلى إرادة سياسية للمجتمع الدولي، والذي تتحكم بالكثير من قراراته الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، التي تستطيع أن تمتنع عن تنفيذ أحكام القانون الدولي ،عندما ترى أن الأمر سيمس مصالحها أو مصالح حلفائها، أو تفرض تطبيقه بشدة عندما ترى أن هذا لا يمس مصالحها، وأن مصلحتها هنا الظهور بمظهر الدولة التي تخدم القانون الدولي، وتسعى لتطبيقه بشكل دقيق، ليسود النظام والعدل في المجتمع الدولي
Implementing international law requires the political will of the international community, many of whose decisions are controlled by the United States of America, which can refrain from implementing the provisions of international law when it believes that the matter will affect its interests or the interests of its allies, or impose its implementation strongly when it believes that this does not affect it. Its interests, and its interest here is to appear as a state that serves international law, and seeks to implement it precisely, so that order and justice prevail in the international community.
