Abstract
Our work represents the contribution and the analysis of the effect of barium factory remainingin Ain Mimoun region at the Willaya of khenchela, this region is characterized by a semi-arid
climate .The selection of underground water samples was taken from chalked regions so as to
make physic-chemical analysis .The hydro-chemical study proved that the samples of water
taken from the regions which are near the factory ,constitute a huge quantity of barium .
We deduce that the remaining of barium factory has an impact to pollute the underground waterat our region.
