dc.description.abstractالمستخلص: يعد العنف الزوجي ضد الزوجة من اخطر العوامل التي تهدد صحتها النفسية و يترك أثارا عميقة تؤدي الى ظهور الاضطرابات النفسية لدى النساء المعنفات، و عليه هدفت دراستنا الى معرفة الاضطرابات النفسية الأكثر شيوعا لدى الزوجات المعنفات، و معرفة دور العنف الزوجي على ظهور الاكتئاب و القلق لدى النساء المعنفات، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد في دراستنا على المنهج العيادي بتقنية دراسة الحالة على أربع حالات من النساء المعنفات على مستوى المؤسسة الاستشفائية أحمد بن بلة –خنشلة-، و ذلك باستخدام مجموعة من الأدوات تمثلت في: المقابلة العيادية، الملاحظة العيادية، مقياس بيك للاكتئاب، مقياس تايلور للقلق و تحليل المحتوى. أسفرت نتائج الدراسة الى ان العنف الزوجي ضد الزوجة يؤدي الى ظهور الاضطرابات النفسية لديها، وعلى وجود اكتئاب و قلق شديدين لدى جميع حالات الدراسة نتيجة لتعرضهن للعنف الزوجي و هذا ما يشير إلى دور العنف الزوجي على ظهور اضطرابات نفسية لدى النساء المعنفات. Abstract : Marital violence against wives is considered one of the most serious factors threatening their psychological health, leaving deep effects that lead to the emergence of psychological disorders among abused women. Accordingly, our study aimed to identify the most common psychological disorders among abused wives, and to examine the role of marital violence in the development of depression and anxiety in abused women. To achieve the objectives of the study, we relied on the clinical method using the case study technique on four cases of abused women at the Ahmed Ben Bella Hospital – Khenchela – by using a set of tools, namely: the clinical interview, clinical observation, Beck Depression Inventory, Taylor Anxiety Scale, and content analysis. The results of the study revealed that marital violence against wives leads to the emergence of psychological disorders in them, and showed severe depression and anxiety in all cases as a result of their exposure to marital violence. This indicates the role of marital violence in the development of psychological disorders among abused women.
