Abstract
Our research work consists of determining the physicochemical and bacteriological quality of the water sold in cisterns in the municipality of khenchela. It was planned that ten samples will be taken from ten tanks using sterile bottles which will then be sent to the laboratories under cold conditions. In-situ analyzes must be carried out in the field to prevent any reaction which can change the chemistry of the samples, then in the laboratory, physicochemical and bacteriological analyzes will show the quality of the water studied.
The current situation has led us to be satisfied with the theoretical part, carrying out the practical part might have exposed one of us to Covid-19 contamination. We have carried out work that serves as a protocol for scientists who in the future decide to shed light on this issue.
According to subsequent studies which we used as bibliographic resources; daily monitoring must be carried out on the water in portable tanks. It is therefore one of our priorities to know the sources of water and to instill in our societies a culture of conserving water and rationalizing its consumption, which requires need and not waste because it has become the primary concern of most of the world.

كورونا. لقد قمنا بعمل بمثابة بروتوكول للعلماء الذين قرروا في المستقبل تسليط الضوء على هذه القضية. وفقا للدراسات اللاحقة التي استخدمناها كمصادر ببليوغرافية ؛ يجب إجراء مراقبة يومية على المياه في الخزانات المحمولة. لذلك من أولوياتنا معرفة مصادر المياه وغرس ثقافة الحفاظ على المياه وترشيد استهلاكها في مجتمعاتنا ، الأمر الذي يتطلب الحاجة وليس الهدر لأنه أصبح الشغل الشاغل لمعظم دول العالم.
