Abstract
الملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة النظرية إلى التعرف على أهم الآليات التي تعتمد عليها المؤسسة في تجسيد جودة العمل وتحقيق التميز والاستمرارية ضمن مناخ الأعمال، وعليه سيتم التطرق لكل آلية، وكيفية تجسيدها لجودة العمل داخلها على شكل فلسفة إدارية ومهنية محكمة ومحددة المعالم والأهداف عبر تحويل أساليب العمل الحديثة إلى مجموعة من القوانين والقواعد التي تساعد العمال على انجاز مهامهم بأحسن الطرق، ومن خلال تطبيق لهذه الآليات تم

يعتبر التخطيط والتدريب آليات مهمة في تحقيق جودة العمل داخل المؤسسة سواء لوسائل إنتاج أو للمورد البشري التي تتيح له تأدية أعماله بكفاءة
. كما يعتبر التحفيز والتوجيه والرقابة آليات هامة لتحسين جودة العمل داخل المؤسسة سواء أكان ترقية أو منح ..الخ
This theoretical study aims to identify the most important mechanisms that the institution relies on in embodying the quality of work and achieving excellence and continuity within the business climate, and accordingly each mechanism will be addressed, and how it embodies the quality of work within it in the form of a well-defined administrative and professional philosophy with specific parameters and goals by converting modern work methods into A set of laws and rules that help workers to accomplish their tasks in the best way, and through the application of these mechanisms, the following results have been reached:
1- Planning and training are important mechanisms in achieving the quality of work within the organization, whether for means of production or for the human resource that allow him to perform his work efficiently.
2- Motivation, direction and control are important mechanisms to improve the quality of work within the organization, whether it is promotion, granting..., etc
