| dc.description.abstract | استهدف البحث تسليط الضوء على آثار التطور التكنولوجي الذي نشهده اليوم في مختلف الميادين على أداء الموارد البشرية في المؤسسة، وعلى سياسة إدارة الموارد البشرية من خلال صقلها بالمهارات والقدرات اللازمة لمواكبة تحديات هذه الثورة، مع ضرورة توعية المستويات الإدارية والفنية المختلفة بأهمية دور وسائل التقنية المتعددة في رفع مستوى أداء الموارد البشرية من خلال الاهتمام بالتدريب المتخصص في مجالات تقنية المعلومات لجميع الموظفين عن طريق جدولة البرامج التدريبية الخاصة بالتقنيات وفق الاحتياج لها في كل قسم، والعمل على المتابعة للمتغيرات وتطورها.
